With love from your radical commie pinko queer friend in Uppa Jay, I believe that using "Merry Christmas" for the generic seasonal greeting this time of year represents a thoughtless point of view that is causing pain and suffering among all humans.

I believe it is in society's best interest for each individual to _try_ to think and speak from a perspective that does not assume Western privilege or defacto majority. So, for example, I always want able-bodied heterosexual white men to stretch their brains and try to think like, for example, African-American lesbians in wheelchairs, or Indian untouchables who dismantle American cruiseships for a living, sans OSHA or unions.

Just so you know, I was raised Evangelical Fundamentalist Christian, PTL. Maybe I just need therapy and I'll snap into line. Inshallah.
